My cuisine is generous and I have a passion for authentically local homemade food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are convivial meals taken with your fellow guests on a long table. So conviviality and sharing are guaranteed.
The prices for our meals of half board include unlimited beverages and an aperitif. We offer half board, full board and if you wish a picnic basket. A hearty unlimited breakfast will give you the energy to start your day in the early morning.
Here are several examples of the meals I cook : homemade soaps or fresh seasonal salads as a starter, axoa (typical minced vealbased meal), Basque chicken and salmon en papillote.
Being a professional cook and a baker, I am passionate for constantly looking to add innovative touches to my cooking: a range of mignardises, vacherins surprise, homemade Basque cake,amatxiren biskotxa (grandmother's biscuits speciality in Basque).
Cooking and baking hold so much power to bring and receive pleasure. Cooking has been my longtime love.
